Welcome to Congo Action Now (CAN), a Massachusetts and New Hampshire based advocacy group working to support the Congolese people in their efforts to end the conflict and the violence associated with it, to expose the illegal mining of conflict minerals, to pressure the multinational companies that trade in them to stop, and to ensure that US policy supports these goals.
What's New
CAN is currently focused on supporting the Conflict Minerals Bill in the Massachusetts Legislature. For more information on the bill and how you can get involved, please see the Take Action section of our website.

In October 2009, Congo Action Now drafted a resolution that was passed by the Cambridge City Council. Read it here.
